Beginning Your Journey: The Initial Consultation
Your orthodontic journey starts with an initial consultation. This is an opportunity to meet our team, understand more about orthodontics, undergo a thorough initial examination, and explore the best treatment options for you.
During this consultation, we’ll collect essential diagnostic records, including x-rays, photographs, and iTero digital 3D models, to craft a personalized treatment plan. We’re also equipped with an in-house CBCT machine for comprehensive analysis when necessary.
Post-Consultation Process
Following your consultation, we’ll delve into your custom treatment plan and discuss financial options and payment plans. We’ll then set up your appointments to begin your orthodontic journey.
Scheduling and Appointments
Regular visits to the orthodontist, typically every four to eight weeks, are a crucial component of your treatment. We strive to make scheduling appointments as convenient as possible and ask you to inform us of your preferred days and times.
Life can be unpredictable, so if you need to reschedule or are running late, just let us know. We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs. When you’re ready to book your first appointment, our friendly scheduling coordinator will be here to assist you.
Dental Visits During Orthodontic Treatment
It’s essential to continue regular dental checkups and cleanings with your family dentist every six months, even while undergoing orthodontic treatment. Should additional dental care be necessary, we will coordinate with your dentist to ensure you receive comprehensive care.
