History of Lenhart Orthodontics

In 2004, Dr. Lenhart purchased the practice of Dr. David Wells located at 4747 N. Holland-Sylvania Rd, which currently serves as the Sylvania Schools Administrative building. He had the opportunity to work alongside Dr. Wells for a year and a half before he decided to retire.

In 2006, Dr. Lenhart decided he wanted to invest in a larger space for his patients, so he moved the practice into 4913 Harroun Rd. near Flower Hospital. This office was completely renovated in order to operate as an orthodontic facility, and is known for having a movie theatre theme. Dr. Lenhart’s wife, Coleen, decorated the property by herself and was constantly changing out movie posters on the walls to keep up with all of the newly released films.

In early 2015, we moved into our current office at 4323 N. Holland-Sylvania Rd., which was custom built to accommodate our growing staff and all of the advanced equipment we wanted to incorporate into our practice to make the orthodontic process easier for our patients. We think you will enjoy our modern, state-of-the-art office, just as much as we do!

In June 2020, Dr. Sydney A. Sherman joined our practice after completing her specialty training at the University of Iowa. We are thrilled to have her a part of our fantastic team and look forward to many years of partnership between our two doctors.
